**Key Responsibilities**:

**Develop the business**: train, educate and support Client/Broker about Environmental risks

Risk assessment (environmental review of the risk - source/pathway/receptors, environmental legal exposure, prevention, etc ) and rate the risk:

Quoting EIL new business, from a profitability perspective

Renewing EIL existing business and to be able to drive corrective action

Ensuring the underwriting rationale is sound and documented in the files

Draft comprehensive referral with the aim of acquiring a straight yes without any further questions

Client facing activity and manage broker network to support sales and develop the business across Italy.

Managing the renewal of complex risks.

**Qualifications**:

**Skills & Experience Required**:

Experience as Environmental risks underwriter (at least 1 year)

Insurance and/or environmental background

Communication and sales skills

Spoken and written english skills required
