**Reporting to the Site Operations Head, you will**:

- Be an expert of Essential oils to perform formulation and manage the adjustments due to raw material variation or shortages, working with teams to ensure orders are delivered on time for customers.

- Assist QC with rectifications and rework instructions on batches that are out of specifications.

- Advice suitability of raw materials for GFI blends to QC when needed.

**Knowledge sharing and expertise**:

- Coach, train, and motivate technicians and technologists

- Maintain relationships with a limited number of customers; able to gain their trust and respect

**Data maintenance**:

- Maintain the data for the Ingredient portfolio GFI through evaluation in finished product and capture of profiles

- Environmental Health & Safety:

- Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment observing EH&S policies and hold others accountable for following these guidelines

**Academic Background**:

- B. S.

or Master's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology or Ph. D. in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology
