Our Turbomachinery & Process Solutions team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy.

**Partner with the best

You will drive and implement/enforce a Regulations and Compliance program for the TPS E&P.

You will ensure that all E&P products/projects are in compliance with the country's applicable government regulatory requirements.

You will also support Engineering during NPI, ITO and OTR to identify mandatory R&S requirements applicable to the product in the country of installation.

As an E&P Regulations & Standards Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Driving and execute R&S programs per BH-QUA-009 and other applicable TPS and E&P R&S policies and procedures

- Working with all functions to implement R&S deployment strategies, goals, priorities, and processes to significantly reduce product compliance risk

- Ensuring Engineering is executing compliance requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner, including development of Product Baseline Compliance Specifications

- Providing technical assistance and working with regional R&S resources for agency liaison.

Interfacing for compliance issues during ITO, OTR and NPD development

- Obtaining required R&S certifications, as needed

- Managing overall E&P serial R&S certifications for proactive renewals

- Ensuring R&S budgets are identified and included in annual budget planning by relevant functions

- Developing and maintaining key R&S metrics

- Leading the E&P Regulatory Compliance Management Team (RCMT) reviews

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have an Engineering or Scientific or relevant academic background in the field of Regulatory & Compliance

- Have professional experience in in-depth regulatory compliance experience

- Demonstrate knowledge of the basic principles of applicable global Regulations (e. g.

IEC, ASME, ATEX, LV, PED, EMC, Machinery directive, Russia/Customs Union, China, etc.

)

- Have working knowledge of TPS E&P product lines and operations

- Able to fluently speak and write in English and Italian

- Be a team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.

- Be a motivated self-starter with a result-oriented mindset and an ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders

- Be responsible for meeting business needs as well as developing direct reports
