As a Key Account Manager you will take ownership for the account and represent Baker Hughes.
Using your knowledge of the market and customers, you will build trusted relationship.
Acting as an ambassador for the customer, you will contribute innovative insights that drive new and existing sales opportunities.
As an Engineering, Procurement & Construction Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing the sales strategy to grow the projects sales with the customers defined as Engineering Procurement and Construction companies in Italy and for the Panametrics, Instrumentation solutions, business unit.
- Owning a portfolio of strategic customers
- Leading the development of sales opportunities and coordinate with the business lines sales support groups
- Submitting winning proposals based on the evaluation of the customer's needs and the competitive landscape
- Managing complex sales processes requiring the involvement of many stakeholders both at the client-side and internally
- Establishing and maintaining customer relations at appropriate decision-maker levels
- Driving pricing and commercial strategies to maximize margin expansion
- Having the ability to leverage our Engineering solutions for the process industry and to be specified in future contracts
- Providing regular updates of operating plan status and other key sales operational metrics utilizing business tools including SFDC, Deal Machine, Tableau

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have previous commercial EPC customers facing experience, including assessing and building strategic competencies for growth
- Have proven experience with a variety of sales methodologies, tools, and frameworks from multiple industries/businesses
- Be able to demonstrate complex sales project management expertise
- Have an impressive track record in managing and delivering sales projects
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Demonstrate impressive business acumen
- Have the ability to analyse and define business priorities clearly as they relate to customer needs and commercial opportunities and establish associated project plans effectively
- Have the ability to influence customers and internal stakeholders
- Experience of Oil & Gas Process Industry and ideally sales
- Be fluent in English and Italian
