Your New Team You will be a part of European Energy EPC, consisting of 120 colleagues working from our office in Søborg, Denmark, and across our countries in Europe, Brazil, and Australia where we have development and construction activities. More specifically, you will be part of our Italian EPC Project Management and Execution team, a close-knit group of four dedicated professionals. Your New Role We are about to begin construction on Italy's largest AgriPV plant, located in Vizzini (Catania, Sicily). We are seeking an EPC Civil and Mechanical Site Superintendent to oversee site activities, focusing on civil and mechanical scopes. You will be part of a local EPC Team and based in Vizzini municipality supporting onsite the Site Manager for the construction of the Vizzini project. Working within the structure of the European Energy Project Management Model (PMM), you will be responsible and accountable for the alignment of the EPC civil and mechanical disciplines during the execution phase of our projects, starting from preparing projects for construction, mobilization of site, construction & installation, and commissioning (where applicable). This will include working with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and manage various technical, accounting, and commercial activities. Key Responsibilities Represent together with the Site Manager the onsite EPC construction team with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure HSE, cost, quality, and timeline adherence. Support the Site Manager and the PM in planning, organizing, and coordinating site activities reporting issues and proposing feasible solutions. Quality check of delivered items from both internal and third-party sources, ensuring installation and commissioning standards (where applicable) are fully accomplished. Focus on Civil and Mechanical disciplines for PV park, MV cable route, and HV substation, ensuring full compliance with Italian technical standards and Good and Prudent Practice. Enforce compliance with HSE standards and ensure safe execution of work as foreseen by Dlg. 81/08. Your Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil). Relevant experience can complement or substitute formal education. Proven experience in construction management, preferably within the energy sector. Fluent in Italian and good in English (both spoken and written). Valid driver's license. Self-motivated, able to work remotely and independently within a collaborative environment. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and diligent approach. Ability to balance quality, time, and cost pressures effectively. Proficient in AutoCAD and Office 365 suite, with a good understanding of NTC 2018 technical regulations.
