Maintain the existing basic equipment in order to optimize performance, in line with the standards of the company.

Key role:

Install, maintain on-call or preventive.

Installation and commissioning

1.

Install the complete Diversey range safely and correctly in accordance with local standards in relation to company guidelines and correct installation manuals.

2.

Calibrate equipment dosages according to local guidelines or contractual agreements with customers to optimize both performance and cost.

3.

Provide end-user technical training in the proper use of equipment, including handling and replacement of chemical containers and their proper use of PPE (protective equipment).

4.

Train the user in basic error diagnostics that are easy to determine.

5.

Complete the necessary documentation, hand over manuals, end-of-job reports to the state of the art, and anything else required to comply with regulatory requirements.

Maintenance

1.

Repair the company's equipment in accordance with the guidelines/maintenance sheets.

2.

Diagnostic ability to identify problems and ability to take required corrective actions.

3.

Verify operations and identify procedural errors that lead to poor/unsatisfactory results and ability to propose corrective actions.

4.

Recalibrate the dosing system (if necessary).

5.

End user technical training in the proper use of equipment, including handling and replacement of chemical containers and their proper use of PPE (protective equipment).

6.

Train the user in basic error diagnostics that are easy to determine.

7.

Verify that proper use is made of the company's dosing device.

Other Tasks

3.

Participate proactively in technical processes and their development.

4.

Support workload planning and organization efficiently.

5.

Make arrangements with TCS Planning for the distribution of dispensers for installation processes.

6.

Manage spare parts in line with company policy and the main agreed objectives for Van Stock management.

7.

Provide reporting to the company and to your TCS Supervisor Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Qualifies for the required electrical standards, in line with national regulations.

- Knowledge of the construction and functions of MWW / OPL / Commercial Laundry /Piscine/TASKI machines

- Basic capacity of hydraulics, electrical engineering and electronics.
