Our HR department is looking for an Equality and Inclusion trainee that will promote equality and reduce discrimination within Gruppo Montenegro and in the wider #PeopleOfGruppoMontenegro community.
**Tasks & Responsibilities
- Co - designing company policies that reinforce DEI Culture in the workplace, address all kinds of harassment and protect minority groups;
- Training hiring managers and HR staff on how to select, manage, evaluate and retain diverse employees;
- Measure and forecast diversity DEI metrics
- Delivering strategic EDI action plans, taking increasing responsibility for key end results and ensuring that the plans support the Gruppo Montenegro's overall strategy.
- Support on Employees Group Resource running training sessions
- Maintaining records and information systems
- Attend, co-lead and/or develop local and internatioanl meetings relating to the DEI agenda, networking appropriately
- Researching cases within Food & Spirits industry
**Requirements**:
- Participation in seminars about diversity in the workplace is a plus
- Excellent communication & influencing and Inclusive Leadership;
- Master Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
- Fluency in English and Italian
