Equity Plans Sr Manager
Team Overview and Job Responsibilities
The primary focus for this position on day one will be the ownership of equity-based compensation schemes currently implemented within the Group:
- an Employee Share Ownership Plan, covering over 30 countries, with more than 10, 000 participants;- management's Long Term Incentive Plan, covering over 700 participants;- a new broad-based equity program linked with collective variable remuneration.
Daily management of these plans, including relations with providers and other corporate functions, are key responsibilities in this role, from design and benchmarking to execution and administration.
This position supports the Remuneration and Nomination Committee activities, including issuance of Remuneration Reports and other documents for the Committee, the Board of Directors and the Shareholder's Meeting.
All our processes are fully digitalized into Workday, which was launched in March 2021.
You play a crucial role with respect to the monitoring and continuously improving their implementation and configuration.
You are supporter and promoter of cultural change.
Effective communication about Prysmian's Group's Compensation processes, while aiming at strengthening the adoption of ore sophisticated practices and tools.
You will become crucial in collecting, elaborating, and commenting reporting and data analytics on our equity plan, in order to proactively suggest improvement in the processes as well as innovative ideas to reinforce our approach.
You will support any other global projects in the area of reward and actively work with the Human Resources Team, in order to plan and execute proper plans.

Who are we looking for?
Your experiences:
- You have a strong project management expertise and high level of knowledge of Compensation processes, especially for executive compensation and equity plan- You have worked for several years in global and matrix companies, preferably in multinational contexts. - International experience and fluent English language knowledge- You are familiar with HRIS systems (preferably Workday) and digital and technical implementation; being innovative and proactive is the way to approach those tasks. - Reporting and data analysis are things you are very familiar with- You have outstanding collaboration and communication skills
