ERP Business Consultant for Customer ServiceAs a Junior or Senior ERP Business Consultant in the Customer Service Team, you will ensure optimal support for our international customers.

Responsibilities:Managing customer enquiries in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics AX environment, Advising customers and handling their requirements in our ERP software solution;Organizing and implementing training of key users (remotely);Close cooperation and coordination with other departments as well as communication with our customers. Requirements:High customer-orientation as well as IT affinity;Familiarity with ERP applications or other enterprise software solutions;Knowledge of business management procedures and company processes;Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken);Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
