Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced ERP Expert with specialization in Accounting and Controlling modules to join our organization for a major Group-wide Finance transformation programme, covering several business processes globally.

This professional will play a pivotal role in driving financial transformation initiatives at the group level, leveraging their international experience and knowledge of ERP systems to support and optimize finance functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Transformation Program: Contribute to the design and implementation of the organization's finance transformation program, specifically focusing on the accounting and controlling modules within the ERP system.

Collaborate with international teams to identify improvement opportunities, develop strategies, and drive change initiatives.

- ERP Systems Integration: Assess existing systems and processes to identify integration opportunities and ensure seamless flow of financial data between various modules and external systems.

Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement integration solutions that enhance data accuracy, streamline workflows, and support informed decision-making.

- IT Architecture and Infrastructure: Provide expertise in IT architecture and infrastructure planning, ensuring scalability, performance, and security of the ERP system.

Collaborate with IT teams to define the technology roadmap, aligning it with the organization's strategic objectives.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

- Software Management and Lifecycle: Manage the software lifecycle of the ERP system, including upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to evaluate new releases, plan, and execute upgrades, and ensure compatibility with existing systems.

Develop and implement effective change management processes to minimize disruption to finance operations.

- Accounting and Controlling Process Optimization: Analyze existing accounting and controlling processes to identify areas for improvement.

Implement process reengineering initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control within the ERP system.

Leverage system functionalities and automation opportunities to streamline financial processes and reporting.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, finance teams, and IT teams, to understand their requirements, address concerns, and foster collaboration.

Act as a trusted advisor on ERP-related matters within the transformation program.

Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the ERP system

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Advanced degree or professional certifications (e. g. , ERP certifications) are advantageous.

- Extensive experience (4+ years) working with ERP systems, specifically in the accounting and controlling modules

- Strong background in IT architecture, systems integration, and software management, preferably within a group-level transformation program.

- In-depth knowledge of accounting and controlling principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements

- Experience in managing software lifecycles, including upgrades, patches, and enhancements

- Familiarity with international finance and accounting practices and regulations.

- Proven experience in driving finance transformation initiatives and process optimization.

- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex initiatives.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- English Level: C1 or higher
