We are currently looking for an ERP Functional Analyst to join our Information Technology Department.

Reporting to the Head Of Business Application, the ERP Functional Analyst will analyse Company processes and develop the ERP software at Group level for some specific functions.

The aim of the position is to design and implement new solutions to fulfil business needs, improve the data management framework and ensure the right flow of information to support Company processes.

Main responsibilities:

working closely with the assigned Company functions, analyse the processes and gather functional requirements and needs; define the roadmap of the ERP projects development, improvement and update, assigning priorities and necessary resources; ensure the adoption of the best technical solutions, choosing the optimal trade-off between costs and benefits; manage the design phases, both developing directly and coordinating external suppliers, to meet functional expectations and ensure the on-time projects delivery;manage projects roll out, coordinating the necessary resources and providing the specific training to the end user; constantly update on new technical/technological solutions available on the market; act as a partner of Company departments, suggesting and developing improvements and innovative solutions for the IT infrastructure.

**Required Skills**:

Master Degree in Management or Computer Engineering or similar; previous experience of at least 5 years in the implementation of ERP systems, even in consultancy firms, for multinational and structured companies; previous experience within productive environment will be considered as a plus; knowledge of Microsoft Axapta Dynamics or other international ERP systems; excellent relational skills, problem solving attitude and proactivity; good capability to work in a continuously changing and challenging environment; availability to international business trips We offer the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment with growth opportunities and a strong drive for technological innovation.
