Provide user support and training, addressing queries, troubleshooting, and delivering sessions to maximize adoption and satisfaction. Maintain SAP Business One by applying patches, upgrades, and hotfixes, monitoring performance, and optimizing configurations. Follow best practices and quality assurance processes to ensure compliance and high software quality.
