Exor International S. p. A. , an international electronics manufacturing company, is seeking an ERP Maintenance Specialist to join their dynamic and growing team.

Working closely with the Process Manager, this role will involve implementing operational management procedures within the ERP system for all company processes.

The specialist will support the company in improving process efficiency and robustness through the creation and optimization of application workflows. The main applications that the specialist will work with are SAGE X3 (ERP) and Arxivar (Document Manager). The specialist will be responsible for:Managing user profilesDeveloping and managing reports using Crystal ReportsProviding application helpdesk support at all levelsSupporting the customization of interfaces to make them user-friendlyDrafting technical operational notes and documentationAssisting with the integration of the ERP with other tools and softwareSupporting the logistics team with the use of mobile devices for material handlingAssisting with the digitization of management documentsSupporting the implementation of document workflows on Arxivar for all company processes, not just those related to managementProfiling and supporting users in the use of applications, providing training as necessaryReporting and printingCoordinating with external consultants and managing their activitiesManaging operational roll-outs of the ERP in international branchesImplementing Arxivar as the sole document management system for the GroupRequired skills/knowledge:Good understanding of key business processes (sales, purchasing, logistics, production, administration)Strong knowledge of SQL tools for data analysis and debuggingGood knowledge of SAGE X3Strong management skills in production, logistics, and administrationSufficient oral and written English language skills to communicate with international companies within the GroupAbility to understand user requests, analyze them, and interact with different levels of the companyAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a dynamic environmentOrganizational skillsAbility to work under stressPreferred factors and soft skills:Excellent communication skills with all levels of the companyStrong team working skillsProactive in suggesting innovative solutions to improve processes and work proceduresEducation: Bachelor's degree in management engineering or computer science #J-18808-Ljbffr
