For a multinational Company, leading HVAC global manufacturer, specialized in the production and sale of components and accessories for ventilation we are searching for:

**ERP Manager

Mission

Reporting directly to the Vice President Enterprise Applications manages the end-to-end development, delivery, support and transitioning to modern ERP system within a change management process.

Main responsibilities

- Lead implementations, enhancements, integration activities for a modern ERP solution;

- Delivery, support, security, management, cost, metrics for global ERP Applications;

- Advise and influence the business across various regions, IT leadership, peer service teams, and all other stakeholders on functional matters, and strategic direction related to the global an ERP;

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional and technology teams including partnering with other departments and businesses;

Knowledge and experience

- Bachelor's Degree preferably in a related discipline such as Information Systems, Computer Science / Engineering;

- 7+ years of progressive general IT operations management experience;

- Functional experience with large ERP implementations and support, preferably in a manufacturing environment;

- Experience with Oracle or SAP;

- Superior communication (verbal and written), organization and multi-tasking skills;

- The ability to work flexible hours based on business needs;

- Experience managing IT delivery through onsite/remote teams and consulting partners.

Previous supervisory experience a plus.
