For our office in Rome / Milan or Bologna we are currently looking for an ERP Product Manager (M/F/d).

You are responsible to:

- Overseeing the assigned product lifecycle management process.

- Developing and managing the assigned product roadmap

- Managing the assigned product backlog

- Collate and prioritise internal and external stakeholder input on features and priorities

- Performing win/loss analyses on completed procurements

- Working up detailed user/customer/buyer personas

- Conducting competitor research

- Overseeing the creation of sales and marketing tools

- Organising and participating in initiatives to capture the Voice of the Customer

- Integrating customer feedback into development programs.

- Supporting technical tender responses to drive market penetration and increase bid success rates.

- Delivering assigned product demos

- Creating and delivering training for sales, delivery and support.

- Partnering with stakeholders (internal and external) to enable successful development and

- Delivery of the assigned product.

- Building and maintaining relationships with key customer groups and key opinion leaders (incl.

regular field visits).

- Managing and supporting exhibitions and reference sites.

- Developing sales strategies to proactively and reactively counter competitive activity and product challenges.

Your Profile:

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Economics or a similar field preferred;

- Minimum of 5 years in a billing role;

- Previous work experience related to claims analysis / Accounting/ Insurances (in patient and out patient process) and processing payments;

- Depth knowledge of the public and private healthcare market;

- Possess attention to detail;

- Excellent interpersonal skills;

- International Experience needed.

- Effective computer skills;

- Comprehension of law and regulation related to the task;

- English (at minimum) and Spanish speaker.

Additional Information:
