The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling ERP solutions and IT services, with the goal of expanding the target market and supporting customers in identifying the best digital solutions for their needs.
He/she will be in charge of all phases of sales negotiations, from initial proposal to closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify new market opportunities and expand the client portfolio. Sell ERP solutions and IT services, customizing proposals according to customer needs. Manage business negotiations independently, ensuring that sales targets are met. Work with the technical team to ensure proper implementation of the solutions sold. Provide strategic advice to clients to support them in the digital transformation process. RequirementsExperience of at least 3-4 years in sales roles gained at Software House or consulting companies, preferably in selling ERP solutions.
Alternatively, experience of at least 5 years in IT, Telco or Services sales/products. Proven skills in selling IT solutions for businesses. Strong business aptitude and strong results orientation, determination, and proactivity. Excellent ability to establish and maintain ongoing relationships with decision-making stakeholders of clients and prospects. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Propensity for problem solving. Excellent knowledge of the English language. Excellent ability to use digital tools for collaboration and teamwork. Fluency in the English language. TrainingBachelor's degree and/or diploma in business or engineering disciplines.
