We propose you to join a global company with activities focused on business transformation program enabled by ERP/EAM technology for Italian and international companies.

To increase our local expertise, within our legal entity Arcwide, we are looking for a **Business Analyst**, to reinforce our team in implementing IFS solutions.

You will be based in our office in **Turin** (preferably) or in **Milan **reporting directly to a Project Manager.

**You will**:

- Contribute to all project phases from the conceptual design to the successful implementation of the project.

- Support the development of high-quality client presentations and deliverables (scoping documents, business process flows, project timelines, executive readouts, etc.

).

- Assyst business process analysis and assessments.

- Perform software configuration, develop functional specifications, and conduct functional testing of the system.

- Participate to data migrations and system conversion activities.

- Under supervision of Project Manager, you will be in charge of the implementation of the Service/Asset Management Modules (Case Management, Service Order Management, Mobile Work Order, Asset Planning, Asset Performance Management, Asset Maintenance), you will support customers with your expertise and guiding in the change management process.

- Graduated (master's degree) in Engineering or Economics from Top University/Business School.

- With at least 1+ year experience in Service Management/Asset Management.

- With a client-oriented work ethic and excellent international teamworking abilities.

- Able and available to travel up to 60-70% of the time.

- Fluent in **Italian and English** (other European languages will be considered as a plus).

- Having a first experience in ERP/EAM implementation (IFS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft.

Infor) projects or as ERP/EAM end-user will be considered as a plus.
