ERP Systems Developer Job Description Job Overview We are looking for a skilled ERP Systems Developer to join our growing IT department. This role is a key position as we are expanding our team and embarking on an exciting journey to upgrade our ERP system. Responsibilities ERP Upgrade: Lead the development and configuration efforts for an ERP upgrade. Help ensure smooth integration with other systems and optimize business workflows.

Business Analytics: Support the finance and production teams by developing automated data solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and other analytics platforms. Help the CFO streamline reporting from days to "push-button" functionality.

System Integration & Optimization: Work with internal teams to improve integration between MES, quality systems, and ERP system, ensuring data flows seamlessly across systems.

Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders across departments (finance, production, IT) to gather requirements and implement solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy.

Data Reporting: Assist in creating and maintaining reporting systems that provide timely, actionable insights for management and other departments.

Requirements Strong expertise in SQL, SSRS, and Business Analytics (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Prior programming experience. Experience with ERP systems, though experience with other ERP systems will be considered. Integrity and drive are key – we're looking for someone who is hungry, humble, and smart, with the ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion. Proven ability to problem-solve complex system integration challenges and improve business processes. Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and with stakeholders across the organization. Salary Expectations The salary for this position is targeted around $100, 000 - $115, 000, depending on experience. There are also compensation packages available for top performers and those who contribute significantly to key projects.
