**Introduction**:

We are looking for new graduated preferably in Economics/Management Engineering interested in ESG themes and financial world.

Teamworking, problem solving and analytical skills are the characteristics we are looking for in people who want to start a path within our Group.

You will work within the Sustainability team of International Subsidiary Banks Division, dealing with the ESG strategy across the Division and the Subsidiaries.

**Activities**:

You will be supporting the work of the team having the following main activities:

- Benchmarking on best practices, innovative approaches and new products/services with focus on Financial Services industry

- Support in the definition and monitoring of the ESG KPIs for the Division

- Support the colleagues on sustainability issues related to Retail and Corporate customers

- Support to the preparation and revision of reports and presentations on ESG initiatives

- Support to the coordination of projects sponsored by the Division

**What you will learn**:

- You will be able to analyze and elaborate reports and perform analysis on ESG issues whithin the International Subsidiary Banks Division perimeter

- You will develop familiarity with ESG regulation with a direct impact on the Financial Services industry and to work in a complex organizational structure by developing relationships with collegaues and managers of the Division

- You will learn about innovative solutions and best practices across the banking sector

**Requirements**:

We are looking for someone with:

- High interest on ESG themes and sustainability

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point

- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering or Economics will be a plus

- Appreciated previous experience (also in internship) in ESG

- Motivation for an international and multicultural role
