Job Description: The M&A Team in Italy is growing and looking for a motivated, junior Consultant to join them!
The M&A team is currently going through a period of significant growth in the market whilst also servicing an existing large base of clients.
Consultants in the M&A team work on a wide range of interesting projects including ESG management consultancy, advisory, and due diligence covering decarbonisation.
To support the successful delivery of our growth ambition, the team is looking to appoint a motivated, detail-oriented entry-level ESG Consultant who will support with the delivery of ESG related services to a range of clients from the financial services (including private equity) and the corporate sector (manufacturing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, etc. )
and with a passion for sustainability.
Our office is in Milan, and we offer flexible working arrangements.
Conduct audits on environmental, social, governance (ESG) issues to help companies identify reputational risks and opportunities for sustainable development.
Develop ESG strategy for asset managers and funds in relation to Sustainable Financial Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
Prepare ESG reporting for asset managers and corporate clients.
Support project managers in activities such as research, writing reports, and proposal preparation.
Deliver multiple project tasks or components, including proposals.
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in ESG and consulting environment is ideal.
A master's degree in Environmental Engineering , Environmental Management , Finance , or other relevant disciplines.
A specialization in energy or civil engineering or experience in the sustainability/carbon sector is a plus.
Working knowledge of English (C1) is required, knowledge of other languages (preferably French and/or Spanish) is a plus.
Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently.
