Key ResponsibilitiesDouble Materiality Assessments:Conduct detailed double materiality assessments for clients in compliance with ESRS guidelines. Analyse sustainability-related risks and opportunities, including impacts on stakeholders and enterprise value. Produce comprehensive, actionable reports summarizing DMA findings, with clear guidance to support the onboarding team in platform configuration. Customer Engagement & Thought Leadership:Deliver thought leadership through blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and podcasts to generate leads and establish market credibility. Educate clients on the importance of double materiality and how it aligns with regulatory compliance and business value. Build trusted relationships with clients, convincing them of the value of our end-to-end solution. Platform Improvement & Innovation:Offer insights on improving the current platform to better support double materiality assessments. Collaborate on the design and implementation of an online DMA system to enhance efficiency, whether as a consultant's aid, a standalone customer tool, or both. Regulatory & Market Expertise:Stay abreast of developments in ESRS regulations and sustainability trends in Spain and Europe. Provide strategic input into the company's service and platform evolution to align with regulatory changes and market demands. Sales:Support Sales Activities to show added value of Convene ESG DMA. Help Convert Sales into platform plus DMA. Requirements5-10 years of experience. Background and/or studies of ESG. Relevant experience as a consultant and deep knowledge of ESG & sustainability topics. BenefitsThis position is remote.
