Main Responsibilities

- Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting methodologies, in accordance with regulations, standards and guidelines (CSRD, CSDD, SASB, etc. ), dealing with the integration of Sustainability into business processes;

- Collects, analyzes and reports metrics and KPIs to prepare annual non-financial reporting, in collaboration with Corporate Data Owners and according to CSRD logic;

- Leads the ongoing updates of the Double Materiality;

- Updates the IROs' (Impact, Risks and Opportunities) matrix to identify potential risks, improvement areas and opportunities for sustainable growth, in collaboration with the Risk Management Function and Strategic Corporate Functions;

- manages ESG certification and rating processes;

- Collaborates on the process of communication and stakeholder engagement on Sustainability issues;

- Collaborates on the technical-economic evaluation of initiatives to support the long-term strategy in the area of Sustainability and follows the process of asseveration of the Financial Statements with internal corporate functions and external auditing firms;

- participates in the Steering Committee and Sustainable Management Committee.

**Requirements**:

- Deep knowledge of ISO standards (environmental management, health and safety, quality, etc. . . );

- Fluency in English;

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc. );

- 5+ years of experience in the role.

**Education

Master's degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, Law or a degree specifically focused on the topic of sustainable management.

A dedicated PhD will be considered as a plus.
