The part you'll play You will join our Headquarters in Florence, being part of the Administration, Finance and Control department reporting to the Group Risk & Internal Control Manager with responsibilities of Fortify our Internal Control Systems and risk management frameworks, with an in-depth understanding of European CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) & Taxonomy Regulation Design, implement, and monitor the adequacy of Internal Control of Sustainability Reporting (ICSR) Conduct regular assessments of controls related to Group ESG, administrative and accounting processes, in accordance with European CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) & Taxonomy Regulation, in order to identify control gaps and compliance issues Perform periodic ESG risk assessments across all business areas, identifying potential risks, especially those impacting financial and no financial reporting and strategic objectives Proactively identify and recommend improvements to existing processes, ensuring compliance with European CSRD and Taxonomy Regulation while optimizing efficiency Develop and conduct training programs and workshops to promote a control-conscious culture and ensure stakeholders understand their roles in maintaining compliance Clear, detailed reports on Internal Control Systems (ICSR) and Taxonomy evaluations, and issues to senior management and the Control and Risks Committee What you'll bring Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field 2+ years of experience in internal control, risk management, or audit, ideally within the luxury goods, retail, or consumer goods sector In-depth understanding of Italian corporate governance, Italian Law 262/2005, Italian D. Lgs. 128/2015 with focus on European CSRD and Taxonomy Regulation , with knowledge of international compliance frameworks and best practices Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, taxonomy processes, and risk management methodologies Strong written and verbal communication skills, in both Italian and English, with the ability to produce concise, high-quality reports and presentations.
