Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:Facilitate the coordination of the environmental reporting process, working with other departments to collect data across full sustainability spectrum Support the development and management of ad hoc projects related to our environmental performance (e. G.

GHG inventory management, environmental guidelines, implementation of the roadmap towards a zero-waste business) Monitor emission reduction trajectory adherence Assist in the development and oversight of projects focused on our supply chain management (e. G.

coordination of the Supply Chain Transparency Programme and social audits) Work effectively with stakeholders across the business to coordinate activities and help drive strategic initiatives in ESG areas Support the identification of sustainability objectives and targets Actively monitor ESG legislation The type of person we are looking for:Master's degree and 1-2 years related work experience Knowledge of issues surrounding sustainability, with a strong focus on greenhouse gas emissions and supply chain Experience with carbon accounting and key accounting frameworks such as GHG Protocol, and application of relevant emissions factors to all GHG emissions categories (Scope 1, 2 and 3) Knowledge of European Corporate sustainability reporting (CSRD, CSDDD, etc. )

Experience with supply chain traceability, and environmental and social assessments Knowledge of international guidelines on non-financial reporting (i. E.

Global Reporting Initiative; ESRS) Excellent people skills – ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders Strong analytical skills and mindset Strong organisational skills to effectively assist in the management of multiple projects from start to completion Proficient level of Italian and English skills required Location:Zola Predosa (Bologna) Contractmaternity cover contract (max 12 months) RALdefined in relation to the seniority of resources.
