Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging English language lessons to students of various proficiency levels, ensuring adherence to the school's curriculum guidelines and methods.

- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages communication and active participation among students.

- Develop appropriate teaching materials, resources, and assessments to effectively address the needs of individual students and facilitate their language acquisition.

- Monitor and assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to foster continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, assessments, and academic progress.

**Requirements**:

- A recognized ESL teaching qualification such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA.

- At least two years of relevant teaching experience with diverse student populations, preferably in an international school setting.

- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

- Good computer skills.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.

- Passion for teaching and inspiring students to achieve their language learning goals.

- A bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferable but not mandatory.
