Job Summary: Monitor and maintain critical equipment at Amazon, ensuring proper functioning and compliance with health and safety regulations. As an RME Technician, you will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on a wide range of machinery and workstations. Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive maintenance on various machinery in our facilities. Execute emergency repairs and diagnose faults in distribution centers. Utilize advanced tools to maximize equipment efficiency. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and practices. Support apprenticeship programs and promote development within our sites. Oversee continuous improvement projects and implement key procedures across multiple European sites. A Day in the Life:Work on-site to promptly address equipment issues. Perform routine maintenance at scheduled intervals to ensure proper functioning. Investigate and resolve equipment faults in a timely manner. Identify long-term improvements to prevent future issues. Collaborate with senior colleagues to perform routine maintenance, such as painting or hydraulic work, with external support as needed. Work varied shifts to provide 24/7 assistance, enabling Amazon to deliver fast and reliable services.
