Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Esperto valuation - transaction services - M&A at Studio Fiorini STP S. r. l.

located in Rome.

The role involves tasks such as analyzing financial data, conducting due diligence, performing valuations, and applying accounting principles in M&A transactions.

In addition, he/she should be involved in corporate governance roles (mainly as board of statutory auditor member).
