Ess Sales Account
Job Title ESS Sales Account Description Hisense Italia Srl is strengthening its commercial structure and is seeking an ESS Sales Account. Reporting to the HVAC Department, the successful candidate will be responsible for all the Hisense ESS (Energy Storage Systems) products and solutions in Italy Main Responsibilities and Duties Achieve assigned sales targets for ESS products and solutions in the designated area.
Plan and monitor sales forecasts, ensuring their effective achievement.
Plan and manage marketing activities related to assigned regions and products.
Develop and manage technical-commercial promotional activities for ESS solutions in the territory.
Required Qualifications:Proven experience in a similar role within competitors' organizations.
3 years of professional experience in the HVAC sector (specific experience in the ESS sector is preferred).
Strong interpersonal and commercial skills.
Solid technical expertise in direct expansion systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Language proficiency: Native-level Italian and intermediate English.
Proactive approach, teamwork abilities in a multinational environment.
Goal-oriented mindset.
Travel Requirements Approximately 50% of working time.
