Job Overview:The resource will be inserted in the Service Department and will be responsible for all the Pre-sales Technical support; installation and local test support; trouble shooting; solution training and after-sales service support activities related to Hisense ESS products and solutions in Italy. Responsibilities:Plan annual presales technical, installation and after sales service plan. Plan and manage ESS technical and service training activities. Coordinate with ESS sales team, manage technical-commercial promotion activities for Hisense ESS solutions in the territory, highlighting distinctive technical features in the Electrical-HVAC-Energy provider and ESS specialized channels. Give presales solution for ESS model selection according to customer's request. Coordinate with ESS sales team for visits and product presentation meetings with clients, both independently and alongside sales agencies in the area. Manage spare parts and maintenance budget and operation, Provide Monthly report. Required Skills:Electric background, high technical capability3 years of professional experience in the ESS sector, technical and Service. Strong interpersonal and Communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Language skills: Native Italian, good English proficiency.
