ESTIMATOR - RENOVATIONS Summary: Team member responsible for securing an adequate amount of profitable work for the company.

Essential Responsibilities: Meet with customersPrepare and order bid documentsFamiliarize oneself with project site and scope of workWork quantity take-offs and take accurate field measurementsCalculate project cost analysis per plans and specifications and/or field measurementsObtain and analyze subcontractor quotesPerform all duties for complete preparation of project bidsOffice to field liaisonAttend owner/general contractor pre-construction meetingsPrepare and maintain correspondence and documentationAssist in collection of receivablesRepresent Bonness Inc. in a professional and presentable mannerEstablish and maintain an open line of communication with customers, i. e.

Homeowners, Business Owners, Condo Associations, General Contractors, Engineers, Developers, Landscape Architects, etc. Requirements: High School Diploma; Associates Degree preferredAccounting knowledgeBilingual (Spanish/English) desirablePrevious sales experience (1-2 years minimum)Construction Estimating experienceGood math, written and verbal communication, and sales skillsComputer skills; comprehension to learn new softwareWe are currently accepting applications from candidates located within SW Florida.
