**Job Description**:

As a Product Manager, you will join our international Product Management team in charge of managing AUTOSAR products globally for all customers worldwide.

You will manage a RTA product, supporting the business development, gathering requirements from the market and steering the product development.

You will enable customers to use our **high quality, optimized, safe and secure automotive software for safety/performance critical use-cases**, such as engine control modules, battery management systems and high-performance network gateways.

This role is customer facing, so willingness to travel is a prerequisite.

You will

- Define the strategy and roadmap for one RTA product to meet customer needs and business targets in coordination with all AUTOSAR Product Managers

- Support the worldwide RTA Solutions and sales teams in answering commercial questions, creating and negotiating business models, and approvals of all deviations from the standard pricing structure

- Support the company's regional organisation and customer engagements (will require global travel of up to 30%)

- Support of product demonstrations, execution of pilot projects and evaluations together with customers

- Develop a detailed technical definition of new product features and collaborate with the development team to realise the implementation

- Perform competitor analysis, analyze market and technology trends

**Qualifications**:

**Key qualifications

- Master degree (or PhD) in a computer science engineering or close discipline (e. g.

computer science, control engineering/theory, electronics)

- Must be willing to travel to support the needs of international business units

- Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills

- Must have strong presentation and communication skills and feel comfortable in front of customers

- Experience in a product management role

- Strong business analytical skills

- Experience of managing and negotiating commercial contracts

- Experience in requirements engineering

- Fluent in English

**Preferred qualifications

- Familiarity with Embedded System programming

- Experience with the MISRA C standard

- Familiarity with common automotive vehicle networks (CAN, CAN-FD, Ethernet, LIN) and diagnostic protocols (UDS)

- Familiarity with AUTOSAR Classic

- Familiarity with ISO 26262

- Experience of product management of embedded software products
