**Your key responsibilities**:
Being a member of the local executive committee you will be in charge of leading the Ethics, Risk & Compliance function, advising and guiding Senior Leaders and the entire organization in reaching business priorities.
- Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Act as a key functional guide who lead, direct and coordinate the activities of a specific area, project or team of experienced specialists and lead the decision-making process for establishing multidisciplinary project /program goals
- In charge of information on marketed medicines, ensuring that Sales Representatives are adequately trained and updated on the relevant rules and regulations they have to follow
- Responsible for developing creative and innovative insights, in order to serve the entire organization and solve complex challenges on next-generation, cutting-edge projects, products, therapies and services that deliver outstanding value for patients and the civil society
- Partner with the entire organization overseeing and contributing to the development of an effective and comprehensive Ethics, Risk & Compliance Program in alignment with the strategy and priorities of Divisions, Organizational Units and Functions
- Partner & Network with the Field Force and work across disciplines and laws (L. 219/06, FI Code L. D.
231/01, transparency etc), bringing the right advice, resources and expertise to all matters (from onboarding to promotional and non-promotional activities and all sensitive customer-facing interactions)
- Support the local/RE/Global implementation of activities using existing/new tools in order to streamline internal processes
- Support xDiv ERC, the relevant Community and Supervisory Body (ex L. D.
231/01), the design of an effective Anti-Bribery framework and their robust implementation, upon the request of the relevant xDiv LT

**Minimum requirements
**What you'll bring to the role**:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the area of ERC or Medical or Regulatory or Audit or Finance
- University degree in Medicine and Surgery, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Law or Economics
- Business, Scientific and digital acumen, together with a strong understanding of the external environment
- Proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken), with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, manage multiple tasks in a result-focused environment and manage cross-functional relations, in order to develop strategic plans with an impact on business
