To strengthen our **EU Market Access**, based **in either the UK, Belgium, Italy, France, Spain or Germany**, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of:
**EU Access and HEOR Solution Partner - Rheumatology
**The** **EU Access and HEOR Solutions Partner, Rheumatology** **is responsible of operationalizing the EU market access strategy for an asset or a specific patient population in the EU areas, at national and subnational level, as well as collecting areas access needs/gaps and insights to feed EU access strategy and support Payer negotiations.
You will work together with country national and subnational access teams to co-create operational, but impactful solutions that can enhance broader patient access to UCB solutions and to share best practice with intent to cross embed knowledges and opportunities.
**You like to work in an** **environment where you can**:
- Co-create together with affiliates, compelling and tailored value propositions for payers in differing archetypes (e. g.
national/sub-national level or account level) through Digital Business Transformation; including HEOR models and innovative VBA/contracting solutions
- Foster best practices to localize the global value story to suit local needs
- Co-create local data solutions collaboratively with countries through gap analyses and evidence-generation activities e. g. , clinician questionnaires, utility studies, resource use studies, costing studies, database analysis, retrospective chart audits/ access related studies to fulfil the gaps
- Collect and share key Access and HEOR information influencing market access to feed the EU strategy: ensure information and alignment through close collaboration with the local Access team.
Provide insights bottom up to enable the development of new solutions and tools
- Support the local teams including Ecosystem Solutions Head, Integrated Solution team, Access and External Engagement teams, with a platform of Payer Value solutions and operational tools
- Translation of global value material (e. g.
DAR, GVD, Payer value proposition) into EU "plug and play" tools, training teams in content, measuring impact and usage at country level
- adaptation of material to specific EU needs (Objection Handler etc. )
in line with rheumatology market access, medical and commercial strategy based on local needs & insights that can be further customized at national, sub-national or local account level
- Carry out or escort area team in building strong cost and/or quality of life studies when necessary, review of the preliminary medico-economic literature, necessary for medico-economic models (in close collaboration with the global HEOR teams)
- Adapt the cost-effectiveness models of the Global for each EU area / carry out or adapt medico-economic evaluations (modeling or BIM) and analyze the results
- Support areas in answering specific modelling questions from authorities
- Support local teams in building new competencies (HEOR)
- Represent the Access and HEOR perspective in all business meetings and act as a key point of contact within the Rheumatology Strategic Operations team (EU Engine)
- Foster excellence in HEOR execution: ensure, together with the Mission, that Areas have all the tools/support needed for a successful launch e. g. , early engagement messages, Value communication toolkits, Access strategy related trainings, Negotiation Strategy Playbook, VBA VBP/contracting strategy tools.
Review operational plans/tactics, support effective preparation and implementation of Access strategies together with the Areas
- Key elements include creation, operationalization and measuring of National and subnational Value Based Healthcare projects across Europe
- Generate trusting relationships with leading experts from a HE perspective across Europe.
- Contribute to the access perspective into the EU Brand Planning and 10 YP through the EU Access Solution Lead and Head of Access and Pricing Immunology EU
