Actively collaborate to the definition & implementation of a New omni channel operating model in Europe aligned with Viatris commercialization plansSupport & Coach the markets throughout their digital transformation Key responsibilities for this role include:

Lead and own the development & deployment of digital capabilities with a clear focus on social mediaCollaborate to the definition and implementation of an efficient and multi factors customers segmentation/personasIncrease the number of opt-ins and limit Opt-Importante Azienda for each of the customers segmentsProvide digital & omnichannel expertise to smaller countries without dedicated resources and directly support themDefine customers engagement programs & adapt them to serve markets needs & prioritiesLead the implementation& deployment of customers journeys, Serve as Digital SPOC for clusters/marketsHelp, support the EU team and lead some of the key transformational project as project managerDefine project charter - key responsibilities - roadmap for key projects Train and foster the project management capabilities & competencies acrossthe EU team and EU local digital and marketing teams Collect / analyze EU/ Local customers insights and share them with global brand teams and local markets Align with countries/global digital marketing teams on the country specific enhancement or implementation of the digital capabilities. Share best practices & learnings with local markets, TAs and global digital marketing teams Track KPIs and campaigns results with BAI /digital enabling teamsIdentify new opportunities / digital channels/ new customers experiences in Europe in collaboration with global digital marketing teams & omnichannel enablement team and pilot them Align with the TA head brand equity and contents on the competitive developments in the industry and beyond to inform better experience creationWork closely with global brand teams to adapt when necessary the Global brand content to specific channelThe minimum qualifications for this role are:

MBA or equivalentSignificant experience in omnichannel/digital strategies, digital channels including websites, SEO, SEM, Social mediasSignificant experience in project management (including project management software) + Agile certification Marketing (FMCG or pharma environment)Digital (digital manager, social media manager) Project management (consulting agency - Agile certification)Data driven and passionately analytical, Excel power user. General SEO understanding principles. Ideally Paid Social and Display programmatic understanding. Website, social media technologies & platforms & analytics understanding & experience. Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented. Strong organisational and time management / prioritisation skills.
