More information can be found on the corporate website: www.cnhindustrial.comKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Design, implement and improve Corporate programs, activities and initiatives aimed at preventing Accidents, complying with applicable regulations and drive Safety performanceEnsure all incidents are reported from all areas of site business, ensure investigations are led by line management (root causes, corrective actions)Lead the introduction of Corporate Global Safety Standards within the local OrganisationEnsure adherence of Corporate H&S requirements and local legal requirements to the local OperationMaintain, coordinate and track until yearly completion the Corporate Compliance CalendarLead Corporate Management of Change process (equipment installation/modifications, chemical substitution, plant start-ups, capital projects, etc.
)Lead and maintain Certification Program of ISO45001, also promoting new site certificationSustainability activities: establish and review the local annual EHS improvement plans, set up objectives and targets on H&S mattersLead site Risk Assessments, Safety Observations and Safety Inspections programsDevelop and maintain external contacts with a contracted professional H&S consultant to be up to date with local legislations, to carry out regular trainings, to ensure obtaining a regularly updated, complex, comprehensive risk assessment for the entire local OperationCarry out Gap Analysis: support, management and follow up the corrections to meet complianceHave a good working relationship with the Enforcing AuthoritiesSupport Corporate H&S Compliance Audit Program; set up corrective actions against gaps and findings as identified; help and follow up the implementation of corrective action plansEnsure (with external consultancy support, if necessary) key trainings are carried out, (e. g.
