Project Manager TraineeWe are seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager Trainee to support our vendor management initiatives.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in vendor relations, contract management, and data analysis.

The trainee will work closely with our IT Contract and Vendor Management Lead and assist in various tasks essential for effective vendor management.

ResponsibilitiesSupport in the setup of the new Contract Management Tool. Conduct research on contract and licenses management, best practices, and tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to get continuous feedback on features and functionalities. Support the data-entry activity to populate the new tool database. Conduct testing to identify bugs and ensure the tool functions correctly. Create user guides, manuals, and documentation for the contract management tool. Assist in maintaining and updating vendor records and documentation. Collect and analyze data regarding vendor performance and compliance. Help prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. Engage with vendors to gather necessary documentation and facilitate communication. Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as required. Minimum RequirementsBackgrounds: Finance, Business Administration
