No Offer Description This postdoctoral project is embedded within the EUSAiR initiative, "EU Regulatory Sandboxes for AI", focused on the AI regulatory sandbox implementation mandated by the AI Act across the EU.

The project aims to create standardized frameworks, enhance technical and legal capacities, and foster cooperation among Member States to support AI innovators, particularly SMEs and startups, by reducing compliance costs and market barriers.

EUSAiR will coordinate sandbox implementation, support national authorities and innovators, develop guidelines, analyze regulatory outcomes, and engage with stakeholders to foster a collaborative AI ecosystem.

This postdoc specializing in AI & Law will focus on regulatory standards and compliance methods and in bridging within sandboxes technical and operational solutions with legal requirements, supporting the lifecycle and process implementation of AI regulatory sandboxes, with emphasis on transparency, fairness, and SME prioritization.
