As an **End-User Computing (EUC) Consultant**, you will engage in customer-facing work focused on the delivery of VMware fundamentals solutions empowering the EUC strategy of our customers.

**Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

- This is a technical consulting position, where you will be intensively using technical, consulting, business, and leadership skills.

You will work directly with our customers and other VMware employees on the day-to-day activities involved with the post-sales implementation of **VMware Workspace ONE and Horizon**.

In addition to technical tasks, you will also lead workshops to understand and refine our customer's goals and understand their business and technical requirements.

Using that knowledge, you will propose and design technical solutions, implement and test those solutions, document your designs and procedures, and transfer your knowledge to our customer.

Your goal is to lead the customer through their journey to successfully adopt our platforms for their end users.

- You will work directly with our customers and other team members on the day-to-day activities involved with the post-sales implementation of VMware EUC solutions.

This includes customer's challenges, business, and technical requirements, proposing and designing solutions, delivery, and testing the platform.

- Within 60 days of employment, you will be able to leverage your knowledge of the VMware EUC solutions.

What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

- Conduct our EUC consulting engagements per VMware's Consulting Methodology (Plan, Execute, Test, Document, Knowledge Transfer)

- Provide feedback on existing documentation and assist in the continuous improvement of consulting tools and knowledge

- Communicate across several levels of the customer's hierarchy using your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Create Intellectual Property and custom artifacts with an innovative mindset

- Speaking and writing Italian and English fluently is required

What is the structure and culture of the team like?

The hiring manager is Stefano De Lena, Manager PS Delivery Italy North.

His experience has been built in years of activities in the IT market, governing successfully complex Customers and successfully managing delivery teams.

Stefano is managing the PS Delivery North Italy team for the past 1+ years, contributing strongly to the overall PS Italy results and creating the field of a high emphatic environment, where the collaboration and fun is always the keys.

**Where is this role located?

Flexible: The location of this role is flexible within Italy (Rome-Milan).

Work will be done from an office some days during a week and other days from a non-VMware building.
