Euronext Clearing is Euronext's multi-asset clearing house.

It is the CCP of choice for Euronext's cash, financial and commodity derivatives markets across Europe, offering a harmonised clearing framework across Euronext venues.

Key Responsibilities

The resource will support the Chief Compliance Officer on the following activities:

- Support in the timely updating of the policies and procedures, etc.

within the Compliance remit or other documentation for which Compliance provides coordination;

- Assist the CCO in the coordination and organisational activities related to inspections on site conducted by Regulators, if any;

- Support the CCO in the advisory activity to the ENXC business areas mainly in relation to the review and update of their respective internal procedures;

- Manage autonomously the coordination and timely completion of due diligences received from clearing members or other external counterparties;

- Support the execution of the compliance assessment and the additional controls, keeping the master action plan updated and the follow-ups executed in due course.

- Legal or financial academic background

- Strong team working attitude

- Self starter

- Excellent analytical and organisational skills to meet deadlines and prioritise activities

- Ability to liaise/communicate effectively at all levels including seniors, managers or external parties (i. e.

Regulators)

- Fluency in English is required

- Knowledge/ working experience in compliance, control or financial markets is a plus.
