Responsibilities: Responsible for the entire plan and support project from initiation through to completion: plan, direct and co-ordinate activities to manage and implement complex projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage. Supervise and evaluate requirements and constraints for IT projects while balancing business requests and client expectations. Establish clear and achievable objectives that balance demands for quality, scope, time, and cost. Control and manage assigned projects in accordance with the internal project management framework and standard IT processes. Identify and prevent all potential risks and issues in a timely manner. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on progress, financial status, risks, and issues. Key Skills: Strategic and analytical mind used to determine relevant KPIs in service of company objectives. Expert knowledge of the creation of frameworks, user guides, processes, and systems optimised to efficiently reach organisational goals. Productive communication skills. Staying up-to-date with current trends and technological innovations relevant to the company's objectives. Experience in the delivery life-cycle in a high challenge, complex, multi-project environment. Excellent written skills adequate for documenting complex assumptions, risks, and commitments clearly and unambiguously. Strong interpersonal skills. Flexibility and ability to work in environments with changing priorities. Certification in specific Agile or waterfall methodologies. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
