Key accountabilities • Identify and anticipate evolving needs of Euronext's businesses, internal and external clients• Conduct user research and experiments to understand pain points users are facing and analyze their feedback• Develop an internal culture of digital and client first whilst developing digital skills across the business, technology and operations organization• Represent the firm in interactions with external partners related to digital strategy and conduct client presentations of our digital platforms• Liaise with peer organizations, key industry groups and associations related to digital on behalf of the firm whilst promoting Euronext's online presence. Your profile • Strong experience in customer journey re-invention, leveraging innovative techniques such as design thinking and customer-centric design approach. • Knowledge of capital markets and technology ecosystems. • Strong analytical skills to develop effective strategies, determine project risks, and plan product development. • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external actors. • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. • Mandatory knowledge in web technologies: HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3. • Knowledge of design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma). • Proven project management skills involving cross-functional stakeholders. • Ability to conduct workshops and gather feedback.
