Our client, an important multinational Group operating in the FMCG, is currently looking for:

Europe Demand Planning Hub Manager The resource will be part of the newly established Europe Demand Planning Hub and will report professionally to the Group S&OP & Planning Process Improvement Manager and managerially to the Area Supply Chain and Area Business Planning and Development Managers.

He/she will have a key role in driving and deploying the Demand Planning process in the organization, according to the standards set by the Global Demand Planning Centre of Excellence and in alignment with the Operational Excellence initiatives.

He/she will be responsible for monitoring Demand Planning Performance and Model Adoption within the Area and execute Demand Planning activities in close collaboration with the Markets and will drive the Area S&OP consensus meeting, managing demand consolidation at Area Level.

Main Task/Activities: Support the development of the Global Standard Model and drive the adoption in each Region of the AreaMonitor the Target Operating Model implementation roadmap by Region/Country and support the IT department on the tool's implementation (BlueYonder & SAP TM, among others)Work on the enhancement of local capabilities through ad-hoc training initiativesRepresent the center of statistical expertise for the Area, equipping the key stakeholders with the capabilities required to deploy the Group TemplateMonitor performance and KPIs, ensuring they align smoothly with the Global Centre of ExcellenceGenerate statistical forecasts in collaboration with the Area Demand Planning Hub team, the Global COE and Demand planners in the marketsWork in collaboration with markets to ensure understanding of the baselineAttend and facilitate the Area Consensus meeting with the CBORequirements: Master's Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management or scientific studies like data science/statistics/applied mathematicsAt least 20 years' experience in Demand Planning/S&OP activities, gained in multinational companies, preferably cross geographies leading demand planning and transformation programs implementationDeep knowledge of statistical forecasting tools (e. g.

Blue Yonder) and of MS OfficeFluency in English is a mandatory requirement, any other language is a plusConsolidated project management experience, leading digital transformational projects in international environments within matrix organizationsHigh level of strategic thinking and planningCapability to understand business dynamicsAnalytical skills to translate data into business insightsStrong influencing and communication skillsAvailability to business tripsThis company is an equal opportunities employer.
