Geiger Food Ingredients Recruitment Consulting is searching for an international Food Ingredients Company with a global Network of Plants, Sales offices, RD Centres for the position of General Manager Food Ingredients Europe.

Location: Northern Italy onsite This is a Business to Business job; please apply only if you have experience in Flavours, Colours, Extracts, Dried Fruit, Vegetables, and other value-added Food Ingredients, and not in FMCG or HORECA.

You will be in charge of: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, RD, NPD.

You are a specialist in Food Ingredients.

Develop Strategies and formulate the Annual Business Plan, Market share objectives.

You are able to lead a larger team: Finance, Operations, Sales, Business Development, RD, NPD, etc.

To develop, lead, and manage all commercial activities of the business and implement an innovative, growth-focused commercial strategy, focusing primarily on new product areas and emerging markets.

To ensure that profitable business growth is accelerated and that commercial success is achieved.

Education: MBA from a reputed Institute, 15-20 years of work experience in the Food B2B industry.

To be responsible for driving the entire business operations for the Food Business with a focus on top-line and bottom-line performance, increasing revenues and augmenting profitability.

You speak, besides English, other local languages like Italian.

Tasks This is not a FMCG job; this is not a job for GMs for Hotels.
