Europe Practice Development Manager

The main tasks will include:
- Managing the preparation and deployment of the Europe practice business plans, including utilizing financial data, market research/trends impacting business to position the groups for growth.
- Supporting the development of client opportunities by drafting and coordinating international pitches, proposals, credentials, capability statements, CVs, brochures and presentations.
- Managing and communicating practice market positioning internally and externally with a focus on profitable high value work.
- Crafting, drafting and coordinating profile raising initiatives in collaboration with the Europe and local communication teams and sector business development colleagues, including managing international communication campaigns.
- Managing regional submissions for International legal directories, and supporting the preparation of the local ones with valuable contents.
- Supporting the practice leaders and the Talent team in identifying key lawyers in the practices and help develop the lawyers in order to strengthen the practices, attract and retain talents.
- Supporting talent engagement, including working with the practice leaders and local teams to improve region-local engagement through better integration between regional and country practice groups.
- Delivering online and in-person contents and events along with our regional Sector Business Development colleagues.
- Working with the Talent team to structure and deliver tailored training projects according to the legal teams' needs.
- Supporting the development of legal products and the engagement in tech solutions (in partnership with the Innovation team).
**Requirements**:
Experience in a similar role, ideally in a law firm, a Big 4 or a consultancy service firm.
- Experience working within an international environment highly advisable and advantageous.
- University background desired, in economics/law would be preferable, in addition to marketing education.
- Understanding of finance - experience managing budgets, P&L, margins, etc.
- C1 Level English.
- Team player, with strong track record in building impactful relationships.
- Flexible, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work within short deadlines and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
