European Graduate Program - Operations / Manufacturing

Within this stream of our 2-year rotational European Graduate Program of our Materials Group Business Unit, you'll tackle exciting 12-month assignments in different areas of Operations/Manufacturing at various production sites across Europe. We'll empower you to take on responsibility quickly while you explore all aspects of our operations.
For your first rotation, we're seeking a dynamic and driven Enterprise Lean Six Sigma Project Leader for our Distribution Center network to spearhead exciting projects that will revolutionize our network.
Based in Cadorago, Italy, you'll take ownership of continuous improvement initiatives, from EHS Data Analytics to the evolution of our strategic governance structure and CAPEX project in automation and robotization.
For the second assignment, you will have the chance to sign up for one of our projects available in our European Production sites, such as: Support of local & European continuous improvement and optimization projects in areas such as Process Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Enterprise Lean Six Sigma, Manufacturing For Future / Digital Transformation and Environment Health & Safety Involvement in project work such as new equipment installation / machine modifications Manufacturing key projects and Teamleader roles can be considered for the second rotation While you are on this exciting journey, you will receive plenty of support along the way.

Qualifications What we expect you to have: University Degree (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant Engineering field, such as Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Energy / Industrial / Production / Safety Engineering or equivalent at least 6 months of relevant professional experience (e. g.
