NoOffer DescriptionOne of the main problems that agri-food companies face daily is the possibility of contamination of food intended for human consumption by resistant microorganisms.

Preliminary data demonstrate the broad spectrum of action of ARGIRIUM SUNc even at extremely low concentrations ( < 1 ppm) against various microorganisms resistant to common antimicrobials.

These solutions, synthesized with a patented method, can be used for the production of bio-gels compatible in the medical field, preparations for the sanitization of environments and equipment, as well as biocompatible functionalized polymers to be used in the production and conservation of foodstuffs, with the aim of limiting the proliferation of resistant microorganisms and thus obtaining a valid alternative to traditional antimicrobials (which promote antimicrobial resistance) in the food industry. The interview will ascertain the level of knowledge that the candidate possesses regarding dairy cow breeding and milking techniques together with the application of the main precision livestock farming technologies.
