NoOffer DescriptionIn recent years, immunotherapy has revolutionized the treatment of solid tumors, significantly improving patient survival and transforming the clinical course of various malignancies, such as melanoma, lung cancer, and certain genitourinary cancers.
Despite these achievements, numerous questions remain regarding predictive factors for treatment response and resistance, as well as the identification of biomarkers useful for patient selection.
This research project is part of the PNRR initiative, contributing to Spoke 8 of the HEAL program.
The primary objective is to analyze clinical and biological data, including translational parameters and tumor microenvironment characteristics, to identify new predictors of response to immunotherapeutic treatments.
The analyses will focus on improving the accuracy of patient stratification, with the aim of optimizing clinical benefits and promoting the development of personalized therapeutic approaches.
