WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Core activities.

You will plan, deliver, and communicate employee-dedicated events, from webinars on innovative technologies & fun activities to tech fairs involving thousands of Replyers.

You will manage the co-working space (SOLAR) in the Reply offices where you'll work and design new interactive ways to get in touch with our employees.

You will have the opportunity to master the art of strategic thinking & creating cool high-quality content.

Technologies.

You will work with the new tools of AI-powered generation of images and videos.

Team work.

You will work in an international team, travel, & laugh a lot.

The position is also available in Milan.

Academic background.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Communication, or Tech fields.

Basic tech knowledge.

You have good knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator. . . ), basic skills in video editing (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut, . . . ), and excellent design skills.

You have good communication and time management skills.

You're proficient in English.

Soft skills.

You are a fast learner, curious, creative, and can manage information overload.
