ABOUT THE ROLE JOB TITLE: Event and Field Activation Specialist LOCATION : Milan, HQ TYPE OF CONTRACT: 1 Year Contract START DATE: February 2025 SALARY: 23-25K/year What you'll do: We are looking for an Event and Field Activation Specialist who will be supporting the marketing team to deploy activities in Italy.

As an Event and Field Activation Specialist, you will take part in the execution of brand experience projects, handling staff selection, supplier management, production and logistics of materials, agreements with venues, and much more. This role is crucial for the success of WeRoad marketing activities in the local market.

Support the brand team in the daily activities for all local activation and projects from ideation, production, and post event.

Coordinate the event program and deliveries of material at the venues Support the brand team in the logistic activities, collecting all the materials and organising shippings to the selected venues Coordinate the personnel on field to make sure all the events engagement activations take place in an organized, engaging and efficient way Oversee the event sponsorships and make sure all the elements of the activation takes place as planned Activate and manage partnership and co-marketing campaigns with partners and brands (digital and offline) Activate and manage Influencer programs and foster relations with key influencers (lifestyle, travel, sports).

Manage event sponsorship (festivals, fairs, etc. )

music & concerts, media partnership.

Collaborate with other departments to support all the activities Manage offline and multimedia activities and campaigns (guerrilla and marketing stunts) What we're looking for: You are an Italian native or speak the language at a mother-tongue level You enjoy traveling across Italy to oversee the projects you have helped organize firsthand.

If you have experience of at least 1 year in events and brand activations roles Experience managing partnership, events, and sponsorships from start to finish Strong project management/organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives at once You have strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, and you work with autonomy and flexibility.

You are currently based in Milan or willing to move (preferably having your own vehicle is a plus. )
