Monitor performance and ensure duties are performed efficiently. Report any issues that arise during the shift to management. Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards. Coach team members and train new staff. Handle customer issues and employee disputes. ExperienceHigh school diploma/GED. 1-3 years of experience as a Shift Leader or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
